By signing the GSC QISV Catalogue Purchasing Program application and
submitting this catalogue through the program, the vendor has reviewed TAC 113.19, and
agrees to comply with the rules as stated for the QISV program. The vendor will also: not
give, offer to give, or intend to give at any time hereafter any economic opportunity,
future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a
public servant in connection with catalogue purchase transactions; not currently be
delinquent in the payment of any franchise tax owed the State of Texas under Tax Code,
Chapter 171(go to "Certification
of Franchise Tax Account Status " for verification) ; update their catalogue as needed
to reflect changes in price and the availability of products or services offered.
Maintenance, Repair and Support plan for Products and Services
University Computers provides maintenance both in-warranty and out-of warranty on most products it sells. We are currently Warranty Service Authorized by the following manufacturers: HP, INTEL, Epson, Acer, Okidata, and Lexmark.
Unless otherwise stated on your Purchase Order, all warranties are manufacturers warranties. We will honor warranties at our locations in Texas either through mail or walk-in.
Questions regarding any product or service sold to a state agency will be fielded at any of our Texas locations, to the extent of how it was designed to work. We don't offer free tech support on using the product, unless prior arrangement has been made via the P.O.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am til 6 pm, and Saturday from 9 am til 5 pm.
