Lead Bench Technician (PC Repair)

This is a full-time position for an experienced PC Repair Technician with a minimum of 2 years of PC repair experience. Responsibilities will include overseeing our inside PC repair operation, including the periodic supervision of up to 3 other technicians working in the shop. Successful candidates should have thorough knowledge of all current and recent PC hardware and peripherals, as well as all Microsoft Operating Systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills are a must. Work hours would be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

 Sales (PC and Printer Hardware Service / Repair  and Network Services)

We are a very well established and capable IT Sales and Consulting organization that has been operating in the DFW Metroplex for 16 years. We are looking for motivated individuals to help us raise awareness of our presence. This is a commissioned sales position for an individual with intermediate-level knowledge of PC and Printer hardware and Network Consulting. Successful candidates must be willing and able to employ creative methods of developing and pursuing a new customer base. Commissions will be paid as earned on a weekly basis. 

Network Technician / Consultant

Network Technician / Consultant

Provides on-site computer technical support and systems administration in a complex, multi-vendor environment. Takes ownership and management of assigned calls and projects. Interfaces with supervisor and/or manager, internal organizations, and end-users to provide solutions to routine and complex problems. Maintains a high-level of service with end-users.

Requirements: Technical-In-depth experience working with PC hardware (Servers, Desktops, and Notebooks), desktop operating systems (Windows 95, 98, NT Workstation), server operating systems (Novell Netware, Windows NT), software applications (MS Office, Netscape Communicator, PC Anywhere, etc.), and networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Routers, Internet email). Professional-Interpersonal, customer service, organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years professional experience. While not required, Cisco, Novell and / or Microsoft Certifications preferred. Work hours would be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Benefits

Voice Technician II

This is a full-time position for an experienced telephone system installer/troubleshooter. You should have experience installing, troubleshooting, and programming PBX systems from the popular manufacturers (such as AT&T / Lucent, Nortel, Toshiba, Intertel, etc.). Work hours would be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of experience with this type of work.
